Believe it or not, the same recipe, when prepared by two people using the same ingredients, will produce two various versions of the same food. The point is different people will have various ideas of what tastes decent to them. Our body feel most comfortable when we are eating foods with flavors that we are familiar with.

Contrary to food that are made in bulk for commercial purpose, food that are prepared at home have a particular heated taste of security to it. We will spend time washing the ingredients, cutting them properly and season our food according to our taste so that it’s not too spicy or salty. Unlike foods that are sold in dining places, homemade foods always taste warmer because they are cooked with attention and details to feed our family.

The wonderful thing about cooking your own dishes is the ability to control how much or how little you wish to use an ingredient for in a recipe. Let’s say you decided to make broccoli rice casserole for your little ones and you know that they like cheesy foods so you just top it with more cheese to keep them happy. You are able to also adjust the other ingredients accordingly and even add in extra ingredients to make the dish more mouth watering and wholesome.
