Give Your Child A Passion To Learn.
Yes, I agree. Parents should try to understand the feelings of a child. Parents are meant to be their children’s best friend and soulmate. Parents’ attitude towards early childhood education is critical.
I know this Chinese husband and wife who are passionate about helping their toddler to learn. The couple started to stick flashcards around the house on all the household items and belongings. Amazingly, their kids are able to know words at one year old.
Children love to learn but only under their parents’ encouragements.Children are unbelievable learners but cannot undergo stress or pressure. But it’s rather to aid them to understand and learn more about humanities and etc. The real challenge for parents would then to be part of your child’s learning process.
For example, I always counsel fathers who are also my customers to spend time with their children by whilst watching the Glenn Doman flashcard lessons and not to play all the lessons at one go. This upsets their children as we only recommend 1-2 lessons at the upfront.
Parents, young children are not sitting for their SAT anytime soon. They have a lot of time. But trust me, early years is most important. Their innate abilities is unimaginable. The responsibility now lies with the parents to unlock their children’s potential just like what Shichida recommends.
