The Temporary But Effective 3 Day Diet
For those that require easy diets for rapid weight loss you are probably scattering around for one that promises the most efficient solutions. Look no further because the 3 day diet is a short term but quick weight loss diet. It has been around since the 1980s and continues to hold a reputation for losing about 10 pounds each week. Whether it be a wedding dress you have to fit into or a vacation on the beaches of Cancun you want to look beach body ready for, this diet is able to help you attain your goal
The pros to this diet include it’s success over the last 20 years along with it’s demand of dieting only for 3 days at a time. For the remainder of the week you can eat whatsoever you would usually. Nonetheless the cons of this diet are the strictness of observing the food items and portion sizes. You cannot switch, add or remove any of these items. It must be followed precisely from start to finish for the entire 3 days. The four days that you do not need to follow the diet it is proposed that you continue to eat healthy and only consume 2,000 calories per day to keep from yo yo dieting.
Another con to this diet is the weight gain that predominately follows after the diet period is over. The most critical part of a diet is keeping the weight off after the weight is lost. The problem with the 3 day diet is it demands you to only consume 1,000 calories and then return to your regular diet which could easily surplus 2,000 calories. No one wishes to count calories but it only makes sense that doubling your calorie intake for 4 days out of a week might not be the most logical health choice. Some Other con of the 3 day diet is how unsupported by health professionals it is because it is such a low calorie diet. It is also one of the few diets that doesn’t recommend exercise.
All of these are elements in thinking about the 3 day diet for your rapid weight loss program. Follow through with other health living choices to prevent from acquiring the weight back.
